Stool strains on tissue paper

Hi doctor, I feel itching sometime in a day in my anus and try to rub with tissue paper. While doing this, I seen stool yellow strains in tissue paper. I always clean properly after passing stool but why does it shows again in tissue paper when I just run anus with that.
