My baby is four months old and her stool result is here it is saying occult blood is present what does that mean is it anything serious what should i do now i am attaching a result file here please look at it and tell me what should i do next

Usually a baby below 6 months don't get a stool infection If on bottle feeding then need to consider report as serious I believe consider child's symptoms important rather than relying on reports
