Stool leakage from anus and irritation

From the past one year I am having stool leakage and irritation in the anus, what could be probably reason looking for proper treatment.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Fissure in ano could be one problem, but nothing can be said without a detailed history and physical examination of the patient.
