Problem in getting the stool out, it is too hard that it won't come out. It pains a lot and have resulted in bleeding sometimes. It is been a week now.

constipation induced bleeding is due to anal fissure . if u treat it immediately, it will be completely cured. take lot high fibre diet , good hydration and sit in a warm water for 2 minutes help u.
