My baby, who is four months old, has been given Tonoferon drops and Biod3 Plus (calcitriol and calcium citrate suspension) for the past two days. She is both formula-fed and breastfed. Today, during her three bowel movements, I noticed 3rd time her stool color is yellow semi solid with red jelly-like dots. First 2 is normal yelow with semisolid. What could be the reasons for this?

If it persists, need to test stool for blood.
Next Steps
If positive, testing for bleeding abnormality, vit K deficiency, or scan for bowel problems present from birth
