I am having these black particals in stool from last 5-6 months and having tremendous gas on daily basis with nausea and anus itching on daily baisis i am attaching the pic of my stool please help

Would be because of gastritis. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk.
