Stone left and right side
Hi Sir,
There is normal pain in right stomach near kidney and sometime having problem while urinate.
I went for CT scan and found these report -
- A 8 x 7mm calculus (Mean attenuation value: 850 HU) noted in right vesico-ureteric junction with
proximal hydroureteronephrosis.
-A 4 x 3mm calculus (Mean attenuation value: 600HU) noted in upper pole calyx of left kidney.
Can explain more any specific medicine will dissolve it.

Your CT scan shows a 8 mm stone blocked at the right vesico ureteric junction. Also a 4 mm stone in upper pole calyx of left kidney.
Unfortunately there is no medicine or syrup which can dissolve the stones
Any stone more than 6 mm in size will not come out spontaneously. We have to do urological intervention
Next Steps
Please visit a Urologist at the earliest
The block caused by the stone will cause cause back pressure on the right kidney (thats why u have pain) and will affect its functioning as you delay
Urologist may suggest a URSL (stone removal) with stenting
The stent will be removed after 4 weeks usually
Stone removed in bits and pieces has to be sent for analysis to find out the type of stone
Based on the report, you may need to undergo further evaluation +/- for stones and be started on Dietary modifications and medicines to prevent further new stone formation
The left kidney stone will pass down on its own with fluid intake
