Stone in urinary bladder

Hello, my bf had some 10-12mm stone in urinary tract but after 1month of  lazer surgery he again get high pain and when he go for diagnosis , in rep ort there are some stone (5-9mm) left.. but when in past surgery was done after it's 15days when dr. Suggest to do ultrasoung there was nothing so i m confuse how he get again stones in 1month. But my question is what he should do now.. and please prescribe me some medicines (homeopathic or allopathy) for naturally melting for stones.. he was living out of station for his studies but due to stone he was unable to concentrate there. I hope you suggest me better.

Laser surgery will break all stones into smaller pieces and allow it to pass out by themselves. So may be few pieces still inside which are detected ..very unlikely to form new stones in one month. If the fragments are less than 4mm on CT u need not worry.. no need for any medical treatment. Stone as long as inside kidney will never cause pain..we cannot melt stones as most of these are calcium stones
