Stomache pain/soreness, vomitting

I started having really uncomfortable lower stomach pain yesterday, that later got worse. The pain went to my back as well. I got nauseous from the pain. I eventually ended up throwing up a few hours later. I took medicine for stomach and pain pain. I thought the uncomfortable stomach pain might have been a UTI but no pain while urinating is present.
