Stomach severe pain

My 8 years daughter is unable to burping that is why she feels like vomiting and feels like food is near throat and pain in upper abdomen. I gave her lanzol junior and rantac but no relief. Please suggest

Sounds like indigestion Instead give tab Pantop D 20 mg half hr before lunch and dinner for 3 days. Stop lanzol and rantac Maintain adequate hydration Allow brisk walking after meals Allow light diet
