Before 6 months I was diagnosed with antral gastritis, & fatty liver stage 2 , & gall bladder poly 3 mm, took ganaton total for 6 weeks after that burning sensation in stomach stopped. But after 6 months i experienced some stomach pain my ultrasound abdomen report showed that their is no G.B poly & no fatty liver but gastric oedometous & colitis. Which tablet I have to take, & what precautions I have to take for this. Any other test is required for this? Is it possible for a G B poly & fatty liver to fully recover in 6 months.

Please get a physical exam and symptoms assessment  and medical history for colitis and gastritis Also another imaging for gb polyps like CECT abdomen.Polyp don't resolve in 6 months unless misinterpreted. Fatty liver may resolve.please get an  LFT Kindly review
