I am vomiting yellow some time feel constipation and after taking laxative I have black stools . I feel heat whole day. I feel nausea and am not sleeping for last many days. I had done all medical examination including usg of full stomach everything is normal.  have a slide headache to . Pls suggest some medicine I can take .
