My son is 2.5yrs old n weights 12kg hes having stomach prorblem from last 3days.he is not eating properly n complains about stomach ache as well.His poop also seems to be strange colour with greenish white or yellowish white with sticky threads like structure in it.he has earlier hd the same kind of problem n doc has ptescribed SECEF N OFELO -M SYRUP with along with ezymes drops..the medicine r now not available here .plz help with the medicine n also the precaution in eating to be taken Thx a lot.

Kindly get his stool tested to rule out any bacterial infection. Also give him probiotics and plenty of fluids. Avoid any outside or junk foods
