How to know that I have worms in my stomach because sometimes I feel that something is moving inside my stomach. Plz help

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Do you feel like there is a worm moving or is it gas or bowel movements. Did you have any deworming tablets in the last 1 year? If not then you can take tablet albendazole 400mg, just once after food. Take only one tablet. If you are still feeling uncomfortable, then kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation.
