Stomach problem but no pain

I have a problem in My stomach. earlier a Local Dr. Suggested me that I have typhoid + (O line in report said 1: 160 +) so took treatment. Now I most of the time feel something wrong in my stomach with no pain n constipation. I also have middle chest burning and throat burning from lastI2 dys n feel so weak specially on my lower lags and arms part.
