I accident drowned myself in water while doing watersports. Within 5 minutes life guards has saved me on Saturday. But I'm still having stomach pain and it feels like vomiting whenever I'm eating anything.I got my periods 1 week prior. My whole body aches. Little bit of fever is also there. Please suggest something.
