Why am I having severe stomach pain during my 7Th week pregnancy. I am taking ACILOC RD 20 from last 6 days, but still not get relieved. Please suggest me some cure

Instead of acilocRd20 you take higher one.Donot take masala,tamirin and much oily food.Eat food at frequent interval.Drink plenty of water.
