Sir I am 45 year male, undergone surgery for gall stones, removed gallbladder in 2014. after that frequently suffering with stomach discomfort and indigestion using pan 40 regularly recently suffering with stomach pain along with gum in my motion one time of the day. please suggest me why its happend.

Take high fibre diet...reduce fatty diet .and also use some probiotics. and by this if you are not getting well....review
