U said severe stomach pain i think it is unbearable then take cyclopam syrup and consult pediatrician immideatly.

Children usually have spasmodic pain...give syrup drotin (5 ml=10mg) 10 ml as and when required along with tab lanzol jr 15 mg before breakfst for 5 days.
