Dear Practo user, Your description is not clear. Stomach pain I assume it to be upper abdominal pain. That usually is not connected with Gynaecological problem. The date of last menstrual period is not mentioned. If it is otherwise, it can be due to injury, any foreign body etc. If it is neither, further investigations are required like Ultrasound of lower abdomen.
