From 12 days i have dull and sharp pain behind belly button, iy occurs when my stomach is empty in morning or afte my stomach is full or sometimes in between time, what is reason please help

This is due to Gastritis Tab Aciloc 150 1-0-0 , empty stomach Take frequent small meals 3-4 hrs interval
