Been having stomach pain for roughly 30 hours. It isn't constant but happening more frequently and when it happens, it's really painful. It feels like I need to use the bathroom but can't. Like a gas pain.

Where is the pain , in lower part or upper part of abdomen.? Is the pain associated with urinary complaint or constipation/ loose motions ?
