I have been syffering pain just right the upper abdomen. Headache might be from gas. When gases formed , vomiting makes me relief. I have done whole abdomen USG. The result is 1. Borderline hepatomegaly 2. Cholesterosis of gall badder. 3. Echogenic component in gall bladder lumen, gall bladder calculi, sludge ball. Now how the condition is serious. And what type of food habit shoul be maintained. And the medication.
