Stomach pain and continuous bowel

4 days ago I had severe headache, fever upto 101and loose motion. I consulted a doctor and he said it's stomach infection. Fever n headache have gone. For past 3 days i just have sudden sharp stomach ache and pukish feeling whenever i eat something. Having semi-solid bowel for 3-4 times a day. Even after medication.. sharp stomachache isn't going

This may be because of INFECTION or because of Antibiotics if taken any. Treatment is ACCORDINGLY planned. Discuss in details. May need appropriate antibiotics or pre probiotics.
