11yrs old boy suffering with stomach pain since one month. Shown to doctors, all diagnostics done including endoscopy, thyroid, B12, cbp, CT scan etc. All r normal. He is getting pain now and then severely and after eating food, drinking water pain is severe. We r using medicines but of no use. Shown to paediatric surgeon also. Ur advice please.

If pain is after eating only,could be amoebiasis. Give single dose of tab secnil forte,calculated as 3 mg/kg.
