Stomach issue

Hi i have been passing semi loose stool 3-4 times daily from past 10 days.  Sometimes i have rumbling noise in my stomach. Is it something that i should be worried of. i am rtpcr -ve and temperature is normal.

• tablet ciplox tz 500mg (1 in the morning and 1/2 at night)- 3 days after food • tablet Pan-D 40mg (1 in the morning and night) before food-5 days • tablet vizalac (1 in the morning and night) after food- 3 days

Can be Infectious or non Infectious diarrhoea Some more history needs to be given because taking antibiotics in non infectious diarrhoea can do do more harm than good Till that time, atleast start with ORS Solution for hydration
