Vomating and loose motion with fever.since morning. Not feeling to eat anything . I am taking soup and w.h.o.

These are signs of INFECTION. Viral bacterial protozoal etc treatment is ACCORDINGly. Need more details.
Health Tips
have plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice fruit juices etc. semi solid diet.
