My 4 year old child is vomiting since yesterday afternoon. Seems like stomach infection. He is throwing up whatever he is eating.

You need to give him some anti emetic medication like Syr ondem 5ml thrice and ors water so that he doesnt become dehydrated despite that if he still vomits then may require hospital admission for iv medications
