I m suffering from severe pain nand also diahorrea.suggest me some pain relievers or any further treatment

1.Tab Norflox TZ 1 tab twice daily for 3-4 days 2. Sporolac sachets 1 packet with cup of milk once a day for 3-4 days. 3. ORS powder 1 packet in 1 litre water . 3-4 litres of such solution per day for 3-4 days.
