Hello dear it is common to gain belly fat if u are constantly sitting at one place .So it is always better to take a break of 5_10 min where u can walk or u can change your  sitting posture also .keep drinking lots of water and avoid refined cereals

Walking daily 2-3times don't miss any single day. Early dinner Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Drink water 16glasses daily.
