Eating mangoes will help increase weight, but having excess of any food will cause increase in weight, but that's more likely to cause an increase in fat than body weight. Ideal way to increase weight is by:
- Don't skip meals and increase the frequency of the meals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate).
- Reduce/ Avoid spicy,fried, fatty, junk and oily food
- Exercise regularly to turn the fat into muscle which will give you a healthy fat and muscle
- Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters
- Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking
- Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
