Stomach cramps and semi liquid stool

Warm good evening , i have ocassional stomach cramp along with semi liquid stool daily since 1 nd half months , stomach looks bulged and i have pernial abcess which is formed near anal region on the exterior. I am going for indian army medicals wherr they conduct USG abdomen and pelvis. With whatever problem u may think so , will i be able to become fit for this above mentioned medical test ? Please help me and give me advice regarding it. Thanks a lot , hoping for help sir/mam.
