Stomach cramp

Yesterday I had eat in soak maybe seeds two tablespoons along with two three nuts and walnut. After about 15 to 20 minutes my stomach started feeling very full and heavy. The entire day I wasn't feeling like eating much. Previously also I have taken methi powder but that was okay. I also take nuts regularly and no issue. But yesterday I took them together almost with no interval n experienced this.today morning I had severe stomach cramp n 2-3 times loose stool.. now I am feeling better than before..but still there is heaviness and little cramp in stomach
