This may be related to stomach upset , acidity or constipation. Take antacids , if not relieved go to doctor.

Abdominal cramps can be due to a lot of reasons like urine infection , colitis ,pelvis inflammation or infection , dysmenorrhea , ureteric colic etc.. Get done an ultrasound whole abdomen as baseline investigation
