I have got burning and severe hunger like feeling in my upper abdomen (right below the breast bones). no matter how much i eat after soemtime it my stomach grumbles and i feel like i have some trapped gas but it just wont go away. i feel flatulative and burpy. the most significant symptom is burning stomach and empty or hunger like feeling.
