Stomach aches after ferronomic plus

I am taking ferronomic plus as suggested by doctor to regularize my period cycle after a surgical cleansing of pregnancy. But am experiencing random pains on the sides in my stomach and am concerned if am taking the right medicine As Google shows ferronomic is taken only during pregnancy Please clarify I am asked to take ferronomic plus for a month in the night Please help
