Yesterday, in morning I had 102 fever and severe headache. I consulted a doctor and has medicines. Since, evening fever is minimal but I am having severe pain in stomach and vomiting after any thing I eat and go to washroom and have liquid stools. What to do?

Please Stop all previous medicine Take Tab Dompan SR 3 1 on empty stomach Tab spasmofirst 6 1 1 Tab satrogyl O 6 1 1 Electral powder in water... Plenty Very simple and light food for 3 days
