Stomach ache  since 3 months. No particular time. Everywhere like upper lower middle left right. No other symptoms.once left once right etc . Stools right after i eat anything. Sometimes pulsating. Lower back pain. Sometimes left sometimes right. Regular period. Stomach ache stops for sometime and then it comes back.

Seems u r having irritable bowel acute gastritis... may be u need to get an USG abdomen done...u may try digene or gelusil tablet for time being
