My 4 year old daughter is complaining of stomach ache since last 3 days. She complains  and forgets after any home remedy . She is also complaining about itching in her private parts . She has no fever or any other problem

You need to do deworming if not done in last six months. Give her Syrup Bandy/albendazole (200mg/5ml) -10 ml at bed time once and then repeat same after two weeks.
