Child 5 yrs is complaining of stomach ache have given enterogerminia but condition isnt improving , what anibiotic should i use for it, as it seems to be an infection

Does he have fever,vomiting or loose motions?If not,probably amoebiasis,give single dose of secnidazole,3mg/kg.
