The child, Md Adnan Adil, 7 yrs old often complains of stomach ache and watery stool. The USG of whole abdomen report is attached as attachment. Kindly guide what needs to be in his diet and how it can be cured permanently.

Need to have detailed history along with growth parameters if problem persisting for too long. As u have done USG abdomen I m sure it seems to be longer issue for ur child. Consultation with Pediatrician required.

Hi, Give him a bland diet with less spice and oil for 3-4 weeks Plenty of liquids/ water
Next Steps
If stomach pain, give Syr Cyclopam
