My son has a blocked nose and is complaining of stomach ache. He also vomitted once last night. He is 3 years old

Hi, he seems to have a upper respiratory infection. For now use some saline nasal drops and a nasal suction bulb to clear his nose. If he is running any fever then also give him some paracetamol according to his weight/age.As far as the vomiting is concerned I would suggest showing him to your paediatrician to find out the cause. Hope he feels better soon. Take care
