I am having stomach ache and stomach upset since last 2 days,feeling nauseatic all the time and unable to sleep as well. Besides, having bad cough and cold.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
