Stomach ache and 100 fever
Hello Doctor, my son devaansh complaint yesterday morning about stomach ache. We gave maftal surpass to him. In afternoon we checked and he was having 100 fever. We gave paracitamol 500 mg to him. Today again in afternoon he was having 100sh fever and gain we give paracitamol 500 mg. Although he is looking fine but not feeling hungry.
Little bit stomach upset is also there. Please suggest.

Your child's complaints are suggestive of Viral Gastroenteritis. Continue the current Paracetamol medication for fever, his stomach upset complaints will generally resolve in 2 - 3days. Decrease in apetite is common with viral illness. Observe the child if his complaints doesn't resolve in 3 days kindly make an appointment with pediatrician for further evaluation.
