I am having my stomach pain since morning today, it has increased by now, ate lunch in the day, now feeling to vomit, fever

It may be due to various Possible reasons like gastritis or GASTROENTERITIS or gall stones or other Possible causes. These need to be evaluated. Where exactly is the pain?  Is there any radiation ? Any fever. How are the motions ?
Health Tips
Avoid spicy fatty food. avoid coffee tea cold drinks etc. high fibre diet.
