Which Psychiatric Stimulant Medicines also helps in relieving anxiety. Example of stimulant medicines are Modafinil, armodafinil, Amphetamines etc. This medicines are very useful in psychiatry but there is weak point about these medicines that is they increase anxiety. So is there any stimulant medicines like those which doesn't causes anxiety or help with anxiety.?

Stimulants might increase anxiety to high levels and you might have other side effects. Plz consult for proper treatment of your symptoms

Anxiety is a known side effect of stimulant class of drugs. It is inherent to their mechanism of action that they modulate mainly noradrenaline (increases level in some brain areas while increases in others) which causes anxiety. So, you need to choose any other drug with action somewhat similar to stimulants and also have anti-anxiety action (i.e Bupropion, Venlafaxine or clonidine)
