Felt stiffness in knee and third right hand finger from from last 1 year thrice , shown to orthopedic and dis test for Arthritis aso ,all went -ve, recommended tables for vitemins B12 & manganese along with nurokind tab. Relieved at that moment , but pain returned after 3 months, ,also felt alzemier,lack of interest and strees
