Her hair normally will be dry and silky after shampoo from top to end. But last week she did patanjali kesh kranti milk protein shampoo after keeping oil in her hair causes her hair sticky and viscous only at top of the head. Rest part of hair and end hair is dry now but top head part hair still same sticky(chip chipa n dead) issue even after doing  shampoo two n three times again n again keeping oil and lemon. please advice to solve this problem.
