Stiches got wet due to bath

Dear sir/mam, I had c section on 23 aug 2022.. my stiches will get cut on tomorrow 31 aug 2022... I took mild bath today but dressing got wet... is there anything need to worry? Is there any risk of getting infection?

Dry it with Later put sterile dressing If there is no pain not many chances of infection
