Hi I have used tamaxifen memofen a year later and now i suffer from back pain and infection like caugh and my immunity is quite low because i feel low energy every time . But I'm worried about sti because im gay and  had sex with my friend and also i use object in my anus while musterbation do i need to get tested for that if yes then which test is to do also i feel shivering in leg n bum
